The File

You pick up the file, and glance through it. On the first page, written in bold type, is the name "Project Arcane". Throughout the file there are various photos, and reports. 'This . . . This looks like . . . the records of an experiment of some sort, but . . . what kind? You spot a page detailing an X-Ray. You glance over the page briskly until your eyes come upon a disturbing bit of information.
